★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Settimana scorsa mamma chiama il centro per effettuare dei prelievi premettendo di aver bisogno dei referti entro lunedì per pranzo se no si sarebbe tranquillamente rivolta ad altri laboratori. La segretaria ha confermato di riuscire e venerdì mattina si reca presso il centro come da accordi. Morale? Ha appena dovuto disdire l'importante visita rimandandola ad aprile 2021 perchè non solo gli esami non sono pronti ma l'educatissima segretaria ha scaricato bellamente il barile ad altri nonostante il braccio martoriato, l'impegno non mantenuto e la fattura/ricevuta non eseguita. Segnalazione ad ats al volo :)
Last week, mom called the center to take samples, assuming that she needed the reports by Monday for lunch, otherwise she would have easily turned to other laboratories. The secretary confirmed that she succeeded and on Friday morning she went to the center as agreed. Moral? He just had to cancel the important visit, postponing it to April 2021 because not only the exams are not ready but the well-educated secretary has beautifully dumped the barrel to others despite the battered arm, the commitment not kept and the invoice / receipt not executed. Reporting to ats on the fly :)
