Mi ha fatto provare vari materassi spiegando tutte le peculiarità di ogni prodotto. Diverse volte che vado lì e sempre il top. Raccomandatissimo. Dopo solo 4 mesi di utilizzo del divano, si sono presentati difetti nel tessuto nonostante l'abbia accuratamente coperto con un telo. È praticamente già deteriorato. Mi sono rivolta nel punto vendita per chiarimenti e rimedi all'accaduto, ma a distanza di un mese dall'incontro e telefonate intercorse stiamo ancora aspettando un riscontro. Bene, Immaginavo di esser l'unico cliente sfortunato. Peccato solo che il letto da me comprato ha il tessuto in testata e quindi non sottoposta ad attriti di sedute e il telo sul divano copre solo i cuscini e non i poggiabraccio laterali, quelli più rovinati. Certo di non ricevere nessuna risposta da Voi o rimedio in merito (son passati 30 gg dalla mia richiesta) vi saluto e umilmente vi consiglio di adeguare i prezzi alla qualità dei materiali. In the month of March I bought a sofa for € 1400, a bed for € 800 and two single mattresses in the branch in Corso Giulio Cesare. After only 4 months of using the sofa, there were defects in the fabric despite having carefully covered it with a cloth. It has practically deteriorated already. Good, I figured I was the only unfortunate customer. It's just a shame that the bed I bought has the fabric on the headboard and therefore is not subjected to friction of the seats and the cloth on the sofa only covers the cushions and not the side armrests, the most damaged ones. Certainly not to receive any response from you or remedy in this regard (30 days have passed since my request), I greet you and humbly advise you to adjust the prices to the quality of the materials.
G	Giusy Rinaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una persona molto gentile ci ha illustrato i prodotti ma alla mia richiesta di poter vedere sotto la fodera aprendo la cerniera, mi ha risposto che non era possibile.....allora ho chiesto di poter vedere almeno una foto o un campione, per avere un'idea dei vari strati che compongono il materasso in base al prezzo e il modello....non possibile. Siamo andati altrove e ogni materasso veniva aperto per mostrarci il contenuto e che corrispondeva alle foto sul materasso (e senza chiedere di farlo).Ovviamente abbiamo comprato altrove.....fra l'altro la descrizione dei materassi che ci è stata fatta, non corrisponde a quanto descritto dalla casa produttrice sul sito ufficiale A very kind person showed us the products but when I asked to be able to see under the cover by opening the zipper, he replied that it was not possible ..... so I asked to be able to see at least one photo or a sample, to have an idea of the various layers that make up the mattress based on the price and model .... not possible.
