M	Mauro Leone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo contattato Cinius circa 8 mesi fa, nel mese di febbraio Chiara ha effettuato il sopralluogo e ci ha detto che avrebbe tempestivamente inviato un preventivo via mail. Nei giorni successivi non abbiamo ricevuto nulla, abbiamo sollecitato e ci è stato risposto che c’erano altri “preventivi arretrati” prima del nostro. Abbiamo aspettato per mesi, qualche settimana fa abbiamo mandato una nuova mail per chiedere notizie del preventivo e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Fortunatamente abbiamo risolto con un’altra azienda in brevissimo tempo. Imbarazzanti. We contacted Cinius about 8 months ago, in February Chiara carried out the inspection and told us that she would promptly send a quote via email. In the following days we did not receive anything, we asked and were told that there were other "back estimates" before ours. We have been waiting for months, a few weeks ago we sent a new email to ask for the quote and we have not received any response. Fortunately, we resolved with another company in a very short time. Embarassing.

Grande disponibilità da parte del personale del negozio di Torino (Chiara super paziente) e consegna e montaggio impeccabili. Ora finalmente ci godiamo una camera da letto tutta nuova, bellissima. Il profumo del tatami ci fa sognare bello! It was love at first sight! Cinius' beds and frames have a particular style that we really liked. a	amerio cravero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un letto a castello su misura, con annessi cassetti (su misura) solo in larghezza ma NON per profondita',pur avendo pagato la maggiorazione per il fuori misura. il prodotto è ottimo ,il legno massiccio; ma attenzione nella stesura del preventivo specificare molto bene le misure anche dei cassetti perche' la parola "su misura "per il mio prodotto non è stata coerente. We purchased a bespoke bunk bed, with attached drawers (made to measure) only in width but NOT in depth, despite having paid the surcharge for oversize. the product is excellent, solid wood; but be careful when drafting the estimate to specify very well the measurements of the drawers as well because the word "made to measure" for my product was not coherent.
