Esperienze passate hanno lasciato il tempo che trovano, personale non capace e a volte scortese. Qui alla Mototecnica ciò non è mai avvenuto. Personale giovane e capace ,cio di cui chiunque abbia bisogno di un'officina é alla ricerca. Hi everyone, I've known this workshop for a few years and I have to say that I finally found competent and above all speaking staff. Past experiences have left the time they find, staff not capable and sometimes rude. This has never happened at the Mototecnica. A young and capable staff, what anyone in need of a workshop is looking for.

G	Gaetano D'angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno..io sono arrivato a questa officina tramite altre persone per un problema con un cambio automatico dopo aver avuto deludenti esperienze con altre aziende.. dopo il primo intervento purtroppo il problema persisteva ma da bravi tecnici hanno ripreso la situazione in mano e mi hanno risolto il problema senza costi aggiuntivi in più sono venuti fino in officina per riprendersi il cambio per ricontrollare quale fosse il problema..alla fine problema risolto...che dire professionalità e serietà al top... completamente soddisfatto..consigliatissimo.. Good day .. I arrived at this workshop through other people for a problem with an automatic gearbox after having had disappointing experiences with other companies .. unfortunately the problem persisted after the first intervention but as good technicians they took over the situation and I they solved the problem at no extra cost they came up to the workshop to take back the gearbox to double check what the problem was .. in the end problem solved ... what about professionalism and seriousness at the top ... completely satisfied .. highly recommended ..

Sono i terzi che ho contattato ma i primi gentili al telefono (ho parlato con una ragazza) che mi sa dare tutte le informazioni senza dover portare la macchina. Decido quindi di affidarmi a loro e porto la mia macchina GPL a far controllare alcune spie difettose nel segnalare il GPL residuo. Consegnata questa mattina alle 8.30 mi è stata riconsegnata disponibile già alle 14 sistemata. Il problema non ha richiesto la sostituzione di pezzi ma, mi sembra di aver capito, una nuova taratura del galleggiante. Non mi hanno chiesto soldi, nonostante abbiamo impiegato il loro tempo per riparare il problema, grande o piccolo che fosse. Il minimo che posso fare è ricambiare con una bella recensione e consigliare a tutti. Sicuramente da ora andrò sempre da loro, sperando che non cambino lo spirito incredibilmente onesto di trattare i clienti. Bravi! After calling 3 BRC authorized workshops for information, I find Motortecnica. They are the third parties I contacted but the first kind on the phone (I spoke to a girl) who knows how to give me all the information without having to bring the car. So I decide to rely on them and take my LPG machine to have some faulty warning lights checked to indicate the residual LPG. Delivered this morning at 8.30 it was returned to me available at 14.00. The problem did not require the replacement of parts but, I seem to have understood, a new calibration of the float. They didn't ask me for money, even though it took their time to fix the problem, big or small. The least I can do is reciprocate with a nice review and recommend to everyone. I will definitely go to them from now on, hoping they don't change the incredibly honest spirit of dealing with customers. Well done!

Mi hanno raccontato di avere riparato la farfalla del carburatore , 50 euro, invece, consultato il mio meccanico, mi ha mostrato che semplicemente non partiva perche' avevo usato una copia della chiave fatta in ferramenta, senza microchip, utile solo per aprire la porta.
