G	Giuseppe D'Agostino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale attento ed educato . peccato che sia proprio il sistema che non funziona . non rispondono al telefono , e per saldare un auto presa con il loro sistema rateale e con servizi aggiunti comprensivi di assicurazione , diventa un calvario tra venditore , finanziaria e assicurazione con servizi. Meglio saldare subito o fare un finanziamento classico .i taglianti , meglio in classici meccanici autorizzati , non mi serve il caffè offerto , ma i servizi veri. Attentive and polite staff. pity that it is the system that does not work. they do not answer the phone, and to pay for a car taken with their installment system and with added services including insurance, it becomes an ordeal between seller, financial and service insurance. Better to pay immediately or make a classic loan. The coupons, better in classic authorized mechanics, I don't need the coffee offered, but the real services.
P	Pietro Barbalinardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sull'acquisto dell'auto nulla da dire.... Ma riguardo a l'accoglienza per l'officina da schifo! Già per avere un appuntamento! Ho chiamato, dopo la voce registrata che ti dice di lasciare un messaggio quale sia il difetto dell'auto gli lasci il numero di telefono che ti richiameranno loro appena liberi (nessuno ha chiamato) . Ti dice anche che puoi mandare una mail con le stesse cose (fatto anche quello) ma nessuno mi ha contattato!!! Riesco tramite il venditore ad andare , hanno visto cosa non va appuntamento disponibile dopo 1 mese e mezzo ..... Ma non hanno ordinato il ricambio !!!! Quindi altro appuntamento (unico disponibile con auto sostitutiva) dopo 1 mese e mezzo (e arriveremo a 3). Adesso vedremo se faranno questo lavoro.... Deve ancora arrivare la data quindi non so se prolungano ancora.... Modificato la recensione da 1 a 3 perché mi hanno chiamato 2 settimane prima del 7 marzo ! E per scusarsi mi hanno fatto il lavaggio auto dentro e fuori.... (Spero che cambiano il mondo di fare! Altrimenti perdono clientela) Nothing to say about the purchase of the car .... But about the reception for the workshop sucks! Already to have an appointment! Buona scelta di usato e km.0 Servizio post vendita sempre cordiale, migliorabile invece il servizio di prenotazione on line che non sempre risponde celermente. Auto sostitutiva? Anche se prevista nel contratto di acquisto di un'automobile bisogna prenotarla per tempo viste le poche unità a disposizione... e se avessi un'emergenza?? Assolutamente da migliorare! Dopo un'attesa più lunga del previsto per averla, l'acquisto si è rivelato molto azzeccato, le condizioni della vettura (immatricolata nel 12/2016 e acquistata con 37000km) erano pari al nuovo. Acquisto che mi ha soddisfatto oltre le più rosee aspettative, davvero perfetto e vettura spettacolare. Portata questa settimana da loro in officina per fare il tagliando, da effettuare ogni 15000 km sulla mia full Hybrid, l'ho ritirata dopo un solo giorno lavorativo ed era tutto perfettamente in ordine. Hanno anche effettuato un aggiornamento al sistema multimediale di bordo. Consigliato, hanno un'enorme scelta di marchi ed anche moltissime occasioni sulle vetture usate (anche recenti). After waiting longer than expected for it, the purchase proved to be very successful, the condition of the car (registered in 12/2016 and purchased with 37000km) was like new. Purchase that has satisfied me beyond the rosiest expectations, truly perfect and spectacular car. Brought to them this week to have the service done every 15,000 km on my full Hybrid, I picked it up after just one working day and everything was perfectly in order. They also made an update to the onboard multimedia system. Recommended, they have a huge choice of brands and also a lot of bargains on used cars (even recent ones).
