M	Maurizio Morettoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerchiamo un’ automobile usata, arrivati, siamo stati accolti benissimo, cortesi le receptionist, molto affabile il venditore che ci ha accolto, decisamente ben disposti evidenziamo subito le nostre esigenze, causate dalla distanza (Aosta) e dalla tipologia; fino alla visione delle vetture tutto ok, il bello è venuto appena seduti al tavolo, automobile Korando del 2017 con 35000 km al prezzo di 13900 € magicamente fra anticipo, minirata mensile per tre anni, e maxi rata finale si arriva poco sotto i 24000, all’interno di tutto, rca, soccorso, collisione, tre anni di garanzia, due tagliandi e tanto altro. Alla precisazione che vista la distanza e l’età della macchina non avremo mai usufruito di questa “proposta vantaggiosa”, che non rientra nelle nostre corde, precisiamo che avremo optato per un anticipo iniziale e il resto finanziamento. Il venditore si barrica sulla sua proposta, insistendo sui vantaggi, facciamo notare che per le nostre esigenze la proposta non é così vantaggiosa per noi, il venditore continua ad insistere, e a insinuare che non capiamo il reale vantaggio. A questo punto, anche innervosito, gli chiedo con domanda diretta se al prezzo pubblicizzato, aggiungendo la classica voltura e i tre anni di garanzia l’avrebbe mai venduta mi risponde con un secco no. In sostanza, o la compriamo alle sue condizioni o non se ne fa nulla, nessuna trattativa di nessun genere. Onestamente da un’autosalone così grande mi sarei aspettato molto di più. We asked to see cars with 7 seats, and he said, we have a couple -- go down the first lane and you can see them. Only a few cars were unlocked, and we saw two cars with flat tires. Not a good experience.

Post-sale, the service level is very poor. Whenever I have needed to have service done to the car it is virtually impossible to reach the service department by telephone. The current email system leads to multiple people contacting you with different answers. The service department also don't call back when they promise. You have to call them, but they are impossible to reach. The individual people are quite competent and helpful, but the system is awful.
