In poche parole sono dei veri professionisti dall'inizio fino alla riconsegna del veicolo! I have been relying on this garage for almost two years, I have an old car that has had various problems and they have always been ready to solve them in the best possible way and also quickly as they know that I am bound to use the machine for the job! In short, they are true professionals from the beginning to the return of the vehicle!

Ottima assistenza al telefono se necessaria, prenotazione, gentilezza, cortesia... inizialmente ero dubbioso sui ricambi "non di casa costruttrice" ma mi sono ricreduto. lo staff è competente, gentile, veloce. V	Vito Dottorato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattasi di intervento di revisione. All'arrivo nessuno mi saluta o chiede nulla, l'incaricato era impegnato a prendere il caffè con dei clienti/amici. Dopo un bel po' iniziamo. Il disbrigo delle formalità. Lascio l'auto e mi viene detto che nel giro di un'ora circa sarei stato ricontattato. Abito nel palazzo di fronte, l'auto è rimasta ferma nel parcheggio dove l'ho lasciata per circa 3/4 d'ora (la vedevo). Trascorse quasi 2 ore e mezza ho chiamato io. Mi è stato risposto che era quasi pronta e potevo avviarmi. Arrivato lì pago e vengo fermato un istante, doveva essere fatta l'igienizzazione del volante. (presumo un servizio come tutti) Ok Arrivato a casa controllo la mail: Noto che quelle 3 spruzzate mi sono costate 3,99 €, me lo avessero chiesto avrei detto "no grazie, in auto ho già il mio igienizzante alcolco",inoltre la targa riportata in fattura è errata per un carattere. Fortuna che almeno quella del contrassegno sulla carta di circolazione è corretta. In definitiva c'è parecchio da migliorare. This is a revision intervention. Upon arrival nobody greets me or asks for anything, the person in charge was busy having coffee with customers / friends. After a while we get started. Handling of formalities. I leave the car and I am told that in about an hour I would be contacted. I live in the building opposite, the car stopped in the parking lot where I left it for about 3/4 of an hour (I saw it). After almost 2 and a half hours I called. I was told that it was almost ready and I could start. Arrived there I pay and I am stopped for a moment, the sanitation of the steering wheel had to be done. (I assume a service like everyone else) Ok When I get home I check my email: I notice that those 3 sprays cost me € 3.99, if they had asked me I would have said "no thanks, in the car I already have my alcoholic sanitizer", also the plate on the invoice is incorrect for one character. Fortunately, at least that of the mark on the registration certificate is correct. Ultimately there is a lot to improve.

Per il montaggio di 2 pneumatici solo sui cerchi e NON sulla vettura mi hanno chiesto ben 20 EURO a pneumatico!!! I bought 2 tires on mytyres and as a partner tire dealer I was shown in my Midas area of Corso Vercelli in Turin .... For the installation of 2 tires only on the rims and NOT on the car they asked me well 20 EURO per tire !!!
