Dopo essere stati accolti da Francesca che ci ha seguito e ci ha saputo consigliare nel migliore dei modi, abbiamo fatto l’ordine. Una nota di merito per il post-vendita perché, nonostante avessi preso delle misure imprecise della vecchia rete (rendendo impossibile inserire la nuova rete nella struttura del letto), mi è stato permesso di ordinarne un’altra con le misure giuste senza dover pagare un supplemento. Esperienza totale da 5 stelle! Very satisfied with the product! We went to the store to change my bed base. After being greeted by Francesca who followed us and was able to advise us in the best possible way, we placed the order. A note of merit for after-sales because, despite having taken inaccurate measurements of the old bed base (making it impossible to insert the new bed base in the bed frame), I was allowed to order another one with the right measurements without having to pay a supplement. Total 5 star experience!

Alla consegna sono risultati perfetti e di buona qualità. Per l’ordinazione sono stato seguito dalla signora Patrizia, una responsabile delle vendite, gentilissima e molto preparata. In October, I purchased two made-to-measure mattresses for a double bed in a caravan, with removable covers with memory foam resting side. On delivery they were perfect and of good quality. For the order, I was followed by Mrs. Patrizia, a very kind and well-prepared sales manager.
