★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con l'azienda, le venditrici e l'assistenza clienti è stata decisamente negativa. Il prodotto acquistato mi ha creato problemi da subito. Non ho risolto perché l'azienda non ha onorato la regola "soddisfatti o rimborsati", e mi sono tenuta il problema.
 My experience with the company, the sellers and customer support has been decidedly negative. The product I purchased created problems immediately. I didn't solve it because the company didn't honor the "money back" rule, and I kept the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un materasso nel 2011 e ha presentato problemi, già che il materasso era per strati, in quel momento l'azienda me è venuto incontro sostituendo il strato di colore arancione blu, e non sostituendo il strato di memori. Dopo un po' di tempo ho scontrato che il strato di memori era più piccolo.
Ho contattato un'altra volta per fare riferimento a tutto ciò che stava succedendo, e fino ad oggi non avuto risposta.
Ho fatto video, email, etc e niente
Volevo sostituire il materasso per uno nuovo già che i strati si muovono e non posso dormire in queste condizioni.
Una settimana fa è venuto un persona della azienda, se comprava il materasso nuovo si mi faceva la sostituzione del mio materasso che stava dentro di questi 10 anni di garanzia quando ho fatto richiami, chiamate, video etc dopo la sostituzione di queste strati e facendo notare che non andavano bene già che non erano della stesa misura. E tutto questo dentro di 10 anni di garanzia.
Risposta di loro che "già il archivio di email e tutto ciò non era rintracciato.
Adesso posso dire che non sono una azienda di fiducia già che questi 10 anni di garanzia non sono a fatti veri.
I bought a mattress in 2011 and it presented problems, since the mattress was for layers, at that moment the company came to meet me by replacing the blue orange layer, and not replacing the mindful layer. After some time I found that the memory layer was smaller.
I contacted one more time to refer to everything that was going on, and to date had no response.
I made videos, emails, etc and nothing
I wanted to replace the mattress for a new one since the layers are moving and I cannot sleep in these conditions.
A week ago a person from the company came, if he bought the new mattress he would have me replace my mattress that was within these 10 years of guarantee when I made calls, calls, videos etc after replacing these layers and pointing out which weren't right since they weren't the same size. And all this within a 10 year guarantee.
They replied that "already the email archive and everything was not tracked.
Now I can say that I am not a trusted company since these 10 years of guarantee are not true facts.
