Siamo andati in coppia per provare il futuro materasso da acquistare dopo aver girato e provato diversi marchi; siamo subito stati accolti dalla responsabile del punto con estrema cortesia e guidandoci con estrema professionalità nella scelta ci ha piacevolmente impressionato. Siamo tornati dopo qualche giorno ed abbiamo acquistato materasso e struttura letto usufruendo anche di una promozione. Che dire ..il materasso fantastico e la gestione cliente super.. complimenti! "Sarà quello giusto"? Purtroppo non ci si può rendere conto di come ci troveremo a dormire su un materasso in dieci minuti di prova. Avendo due discopatie mi svegliavo ogni mattina con la schiena a pezzi e speravo che il nuovo materasso mi riducesse il dolore almeno di un 50%! Dopo la prima notte la mattinata seguente non avevo più nessun dolore sono 20 notti che ci dormo e non mi sono mai più svegliato con il mal di schiena. In più mi è stata data la possibilità di cento giorni di prova " anche se non penso sia mai successo che qualcuno una volta provati materassi di questo tipo li abbia mai voluti cambiare"! Mi ero poi accorto di aver sbagliato nella scelta dell' altezza dei cuscini sono tornato in negozio e me li hanno subito sostituiti. La mia opinione è di lasciarsi consigliare dai titolari. Tra le altre cose mi avevano anche informato che dopo venti giorni ci sarebbe stata la vendita scontata dei prodotti in esposizione. Professionalità e competenza ad alto livello venditore sempre in grado di risolvere ogni problema del cliente. Il giorno in cui verrà il momento di cambiarlo tornerò sicuramente. Cordiale , compente e super professionale, una manna per chi come noi arrivava da una bruttissima esperienza( materasso di un’altra marca comprato una settimana prima non conforme a quello provato ci hanno detto di tenercelo). Alla fine abbiamo comprato un Kristal!! Grazie!! What to say …. 5 stars for Mrs. Stefania are not enough, they want more !!!
