Il negozio è accogliente e dispone di una scelta molto ampia di abiti, ma soprattutto voglio ringraziare Désirée che ha saputo guidarmi con professionalità, tranquillità e gentilezza nella scelta del mio abito. È stato un pomeriggio indimenticabile e non vedo l'ora di tornare per la prova dell'abito.
 I am very happy and satisfied with having chosen NICOLE TORINO. The shop is welcoming and has a very wide choice of clothes, but above all I want to thank Désirée who was able to guide me with professionalism, tranquility and kindness in the choice of my dress. It was an unforgettable afternoon and I can't wait to go back for the dress fitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cordiale e qualificato, un ambiente familiare che mette a tuo agio. Mi sono sentita capita e coccolata : “la ciliegina sulla torta “dì un giorno emozionante. È inutile dire che gli abiti di Nicole sono meravigliosi , ma uno e solo uno sarà il tuo abito .
Io sono stata fortunata a trovare il mio anche e soprattutto abilmente consigliata sulla vestibilità rispetto al mio fisico . Consiglio a tutte le spose di guardare il catalogo e la vetrina avendo nel cuore l’idea di un abito, ma di entrare e farsi supportare dai loro preziosi consigli e auguro a tutte di provare l’emozione di dire “ecco questo è il mio abito !”
Very friendly and qualified staff, a family atmosphere that puts you at ease. I felt understood and pampered: "the icing on the cake" say an exciting day. It goes without saying that Nicole's dresses are gorgeous, but one and only one will be your dress.
I was lucky to find mine also and above all skilfully advised on the fit with respect to my body. I advise all brides to look at the catalog and the window with the idea of a dress in their hearts, but to come in and be supported by their precious advice and I wish everyone to experience the thrill of saying "this is my dress ! "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima dell appuntamento ho visitato la pagina della boutique x avere un idea di quale abito avrei voluto provare, ne ho scelti 7. Antonella (la bridal stylist che mi ha seguita) ci ha accolte, ha visionato quello che era il mio "stile" in base alle immagini che le ho fatto vedere, qualche domanda sul matrimonio e via....in camerino con 5 abiti. Dopo 2 ore ho trovato l abito dei miei sogni, e grazie ad Antonella ho anke cambiato idea su che tipo di scarpe mettere???è stata la prima boutique che ho visitato e la sceglierei altre 100 volte!!!! Personale splendido, sanno mettere a proprio agio le persone e scogliere l ansia che una sposa ha. Ah una piccola precisazione: qualche gg prima sono stata a loro contattata x avere la conferma dell appuntamento e mi è stata anche comunicata la fascia di prezzi che hanno, cosa molto corretta da fare in modo che la cliente si possa fare I conti in tasca

Before the appointment I visited the boutique page to get an idea of which dress I wanted to try on, I chose 7. Antonella (the bridal stylist who followed me) welcomed us, saw what was my "style" in based on the images I showed her, a few questions about marriage and away ... in the dressing room with 5 dresses. After 2 hours I found the dress of my dreams, and thanks to Antonella I also changed my mind on what kind of shoes to wear it was the first boutique I visited and I would choose it 100 more times !!!! Wonderful staff, they know how to put people at ease and take away the anxiety that a bride has. Ah a little clarification: a few days before I was contacted to them to have the appointment confirmed and I was also communicated the price range they have, very correct thing to do so that the customer can do the math in his pocket.
Super highly recommended !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è stato il primo e unico atelier e non mi occorre vederne altri! La commessa Desirée è stata fantastica, professionale ed empatica. L'atelier è bellissimo e mi è stato dedicato il tempo necessario a trovare il mio abito. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per la prima prova!
This was the first and only atelier and I don't need to see any more! The saleswoman Desirée was fantastic, professional and empathetic. The atelier is beautiful and I took the time to find my dress. Can't wait to go back for the first try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cinque giorni dall ‘acquisto,ho avuto un forte ripensamento. Dato che ,sotto pressione per una scontistica immediata,mi sono ritrovata con un abito che non mi convinceva,ho cortesemente chiesto di venirmi incontro,anche con un buono della copiosa caparra che avevo versato ,più di 1300 euro. La risposta data dalla signora Antonella che mi ha personalmente seguita,fino a quando doveva vedermi il suo vestito (a quanto pare), è stata quella che non solo avrei perso tutti i soldi,ma avrei dovuto saldare anche il restante della cifra.
Vergognosi nell approccio col cliente. Al telefono mi hanno persino liquidata dicendomi di scrivere sulla mail dell accoglienza che trovavo su internet.
Di seguire il percorso della scelta dell abito della sposa a voi non importa proprio niente a quanto pare,più forse a spillare soldi,lì avete il premio Nobel.
Five days after the purchase, I had a strong afterthought. Since, under pressure for immediate discounts, I found myself with a dress that did not convince me, I kindly asked to come and meet me, even with a voucher from the large deposit I had paid, more than 1300 euros. The answer given by Mrs. Antonella who personally followed me, until she had to see me her dress (apparently), was that not only would I have lost all the money, but I would also have to pay the rest of the amount.
Shameful in approaching the customer. On the phone they even liquidated me by telling me to write on the welcome email I found on the internet.
To follow the path of choosing the bride's dress you don't care at all, it seems, more perhaps to draw money, there you have the Nobel Prize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente di andare in questo atelier per tante ragioni: il personale è estremamente cordiale, gentile e disponibile; la commessa che mi ha seguito ha assecondato i miei gusti indirizzandomi verso il modello più adeguato alle mie caratteristiche, c'è una grande varietà di scelta e specialmente di misure (non solo taglie 40-42) ; nei camerini si sta al caldo; il prezzo è onesto se si tiene conto del design e della qualità degli abiti. Io sono rimasta molto contenta :)
I highly recommend going to this atelier for many reasons: the staff is extremely friendly, polite and helpful; the saleswoman who followed me has indulged my tastes by directing me to the model that best suits my characteristics, there is a great variety of choices and especially of sizes (not just sizes 40-42); in the dressing rooms it is warm; the price is honest if you take into account the design and quality of the clothes. I was very happy :)

Sono stata seguita da Roberta, consulente che consiglio davvero a tutti : molto professionale e preparata, ma anche solare e empatica. Mi ha guidata verso l'abito giusto facendomi divertire ed emozionare. Veramente bravissima!
A friend of mine advised me to make an appointment with Nicole Torino for my wedding dress, and I'm really grateful to her.
I was followed by Roberta, a consultant that I really recommend to everyone: very professional and prepared, but also cheerful and empathetic. He guided me to the right dress making me have fun and excite me. Really very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio, grande e accogliente, camerini grandi e tutto pulitissimo! Buona la posizione (vicino porta nuova). La ragazza che mi ha seguito (se non sbaglio, Roberta) molto disponibile e simpatica! Se volete prendere l'abito qui però armatevi di pazienza e partite molto prima, hanno tempi d'attesa lunghi rispetto alla media. Cambierei solo la strategia di marketing orientata all'acquisto immediato, preferisco prendere tempo ed essere rispettata nella mia scelta. Nel complesso comunque lo consiglio, abiti molto belli e Roberta fantastica!
Great shop, big and cozy, big dressing rooms and everything spotless! Good location (near new door). The girl who followed me (if I'm not mistaken, Roberta) very helpful and nice! If you want to get the dress here, however, arm yourself with patience and leave much earlier, they have long waiting times compared to the average. I would only change the marketing strategy aimed at immediate purchase, I prefer to take time and be respected in my choice. Overall, however, I recommend it, very beautiful clothes and fantastic Roberta!
