★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conoscevo questo negozio, da La Tartaruga ho acquistato on line un tappeto molto bello e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo … bei colori e bella trama… ma la vera e felice sorpresa è stata la serietà professionale nella gestione del disguido derivante da una prima ricezione del prodotto che non corrispondeva esattamente a quello richiesto, seguita dalla rapida presa in carico della segnalazione.... mi hanno immediatamente contatta, si sono infinitamente scusati del disguido e la gestione del cambio è avvenuta in 48 ore. La bella sorpresa poi è stata anche scoprire che mi era stato inviato un omaggio.
