d	deborah coda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Divano acquistato a giugno 2021 ,oggi aprile 2022 abbiamo un bellissimo divano ma estremamente rumoroso e stiamo contattando l'assistenza da circa due mesi dove ci hanno detto in prima battuta di mandare un video con il difetto e poi il nulla , post vendita indecente per il prezzo pagato . Dopo diverse chiamate hanno esordito dicendo che per via dell'emergenza sanitaria in corso hanno ritardi nella produzione e di conseguenza anche sull'assistenza . La cosa che mi fa sorridere diciamo è che abbiamo acquistato in un periodo in cui c'era il triplo dell'emergenza e hanno addirittura consegnato prima del previsto ,oggi che chiediamo una delucidazione invece i tempi sono più lunghi !?!? comunque questa risposta ci è stata data io 25 marzo e ad oggi ancora nessun altro contatto . Ripeto post vendita pessimo. Aggiungo dopo due settimane da questa recensione che ancora non ho ricevuto alcuna assistenza di un prodotto in garanzia , dove staimoa chiedendo semplicemente un parare tecnico sul perché il divano nuovo scricchiola a livelli che neanche fosse usato da 20 anni Sofa purchased in June 2021, today April 2022 we have a beautiful sofa but extremely noisy and we have been contacting assistance for about two months where they told us in the first instance to send a video with the defect and then nothing, indecent post-sale for the price paid. I repeat bad post sale. I add two weeks after this review that I have not yet received any assistance with a product under warranty, where we are simply asking for a technical opinion on why the new sofa creaks at levels that it hasn't even been used for 20 years.

Angelo venerdì mi ha promesso che si sarebbe interfacciato con la logistica. Mai sentito! Il sig. Alessandro ha balbettato l'ennesimo non lo so quando gli ho chiesto dove fosse il divano. Intanto registriamo tutte le conversazioni e giriamo tutto all'avvocato. La peggior azienda italiana mai esistita. Delivery scheduled on March 10, payment made on December 23. To date, no employee knows where my sofa is. Mr. Angelo promised me on Friday that he would interface with the logistics. Never heard! Mr. Alessandro stammered yet another I don't know when I asked him where the sofa was. Meanwhile, we record all the conversations and turn everything over to the lawyer. P	Pietro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato a metà gennaio 2022 un divano presso un punto-vendita DONDI SALOTTI di Roma (Centro commerciale Maximo), approfittando degli sconti invernali, e che mi è stato consegnato con oltre 1 mese di ritardo (inizio maggio anzichè fine marzo). Purtroppo il divano si è rivelato scomodissimo, nonostante lo avessi provato più volte in negozio (ma provarlo pochi minuti in negozio è ben diverso che un'intera serata a casa), e dalla sede di Mantova telefonicamente mi è stato detto che non è possibile esercitare il diritto di recesso, perchè l'acquisto del divano è stato effettuato direttamente in un punto-vendita. Quindi, adesso questo divano me lo posso "tirare in fronte" - come si suol dire - e quindi, in finale, dopo questa mia pessima esperienza, voglio avvertire i futuri potenziali malcapitati che il famoso "diritto di recesso" esercitabile entro 14 gg dalla consegna del divano (citato all'Art.2 delle Condizioni Generali di Vendita sul sito web dell'Azienda) non esiste per divani acquistati in negozio.

Sono bravi solo a fare pubblicità. Non sono solita rilasciare recensioni, ma sento la necessità di premiare con lode ARTURO che, senza battere ciglio, ha seguito e soddisfatto le esigenze di mia madre, elargendo consigli ed illustrando minuziosamente le caratteristiche dei divani esposti, le peculiarità straordinarie dei tessuti d'abbinamento. Il risultato si è configurato nella scelta d'un divano fantastico che sposa l'esigenza del confort della seduta con un designe oltremodo incantevole. Dulcis in fundo l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
