Li ho contattati telefonicamente e mi sono sempre relazionato con il signor Alessandro ( santo subito per la pazienza e la disponibilità che ha avuto con me , che sono per antonomasia il cliente che nessuno vorrebbe nel proprio negozio ). Ha accolto le mie richieste , dipanato i miei dubbi , con infinita professionalità ha risposto a tutte le mie domande . Ho effettuato l'ordine non conoscendo il negozio , ma solo perché sono stati gli unici a garantirmi con serietà la pronta consegna . Effettuato l'ordine di pomeriggio e ricevuta la poltrona l'indomani mattina . Alessandro è venuto incontro a tutte le mie richieste , un plauso anche per i ragazzi che hanno effettuato la consegna ,educati , pazienti nello spiegarmi le funzioni della poltrona.
I discovered this shop by chance while surfing the Internet. I contacted them by phone and I have always had a relationship with Mr. Alessandro (a saint immediately for the patience and availability he had with me, who are by definition the customer that no one would want in their shop). He accepted my requests, unraveled my doubts, with infinite professionalism he answered all my questions. I placed the order not knowing the shop, but only because they were the only ones to seriously guarantee me prompt delivery. Order placed in the afternoon and received the chair the next morning. Alessandro met all my requests, also an applause for the guys who made the delivery, polite, patient in explaining the functions of the chair.
