★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never staid there. These are scammers, charging you without offering any accommodation. Booked 1,5months beforehand, and paid. Then around 1 week before our stay we got a message that they needed to decline our booking due to calendar error. They Nefertiti refunded any payments, and they also charged another 200 euros after our trip.
Do not use the services of this hotel- it is 100% scam.

I made a fully refundable booking at this hotel via expedia. I had cancelled my reservation about 1.5 months before my travel date, but they haven't processed the refund yet. The phone number they provided is also invalid. And on top of it, they made another similar charge on my card without any reason.
Now I'm following up with my credit card company to have this disputed and refunded.

They charged me 77€ for my reservation.
Then they cancelled 2 months prior to my stay in Rome. The message I was sent claimed that I had already been refunded.
Not true at all: one month later, my refund is missing. They do not reply to any message.

I’m disgusted that they can still be found on booking.com after so many same cases. The platform is also not doing a thing about this problem.
Definitely not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our reservation was cancelled two weeks before our trip and the owner hadn’t been seen since then. We really tried to communicate with him but nothing and Booking was NOT helpful at all.
DO NOT book a reservation because there is a huge chance you might never take your money back. I haven’t been refunded yet and the cancellation was in february!!!!!!
