β β β β β Shout out to Enrico. Good guy. Clean rooms. Budget travel at its best. Parking issue so be prepared for that. One night we drove around for 35 min looking for parking. Even paid one.

β β β β β Clean pleasant room. In Prati district could we and walk to Vatican and felt safe. Owner extremely helpful and very pleasant. Close to fresh food market very good but no cooking facilities. Best bus 492 gets you everywhere.

β β β β β Nice rooms, located in an apartment block in Rome, 10 mins walk from the Vatican. Booked the family room, with double bed and bunk beds (for 4 persons). Room has attached bathroom, and is quite spacious. Small refrigerator, with a kettle for hot water. There is no front desk, so contact the hotel / owner before you reach to get the keys and work out the details. Breakfast is Italian, a croissant with coffee.

β β β β β Very friendly staff and available for any request. The room was tidy and clean. We had a good experience and the location is perfect! I absolutely recommend the place so close to the city centre and not too expensive. Surroundings were also nice and quite and filled with bars and restaurants!
