★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso un bel soggiorno nel bilocale. Ottima posizione vicino al Vaticano e nel cuore di Prati, un quartiere ricco in negozi e ristoranti. Il signore Giorgio si è mostrato molto accogliente, paziente e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente se ne avremo la possibilità.
We spent a nice stay in the two-room apartment. Excellent location near the Vatican and in the heart of Prati, a neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Mr. Giorgio was very welcoming, patient and helpful. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back if we get the chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è situato in una traversa parallela ai Musei Vaticani, una posizione ottima perché si trova tra la Metro Cipro e la Metro Ottaviano, entrambe raggiungibili in meno di 10 minuti a piedi.
L'appartamento è dotato dei servizi essenziali ed è situato all'interno di un palazzo tranquillo. La finestra del monolocale affaccia su Via Candia, ideale per chi la mattina è mattiniero, un po' meno per chi non riesce a dormire con i rumori. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Unico utensile da casa a mancare è la lavatrice, questo per ovvie questioni di spazio.
Il proprietario, Giorgio, è una persona davvero disponibile ed accogliente, pronto sempre ad intervenire sul posto per risolvere qualsiasi problema.
Per chi vuole visitare le bellezze di Roma o comunque vivere al Centro, straconsiglio l'appartamento. Piazza San Pietro a meno di 10 minuti a piedi, Castel Sant'Angelo a 15, piazza di Spagna a circa 20 minuti di camminata.

The apartment is located in a side street parallel to the Vatican Museums, a great location because it is located between the Metro Cipro and the Metro Ottaviano, both reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is equipped with essential services and is located in a quiet building. The window of the studio apartment overlooks Via Candia, ideal for those who are an early riser in the morning, a little less for those who cannot sleep with noises. We found ourselves very well. The only household utensil missing is the washing machine, for obvious reasons of space.
The owner, Giorgio, is a really helpful and welcoming person, always ready to intervene on the spot to solve any problem.
For those who want to visit the beauties of Rome or otherwise live in the center, I highly recommend the apartment. St. Peter's Square less than 10 minutes on foot, Castel Sant'Angelo at 15, Piazza di Spagna about 20 minutes on foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our week, very clean with all the necessary in the kitchen, the location is perfect for us you arrive in every part of the center of Rome in 10/15 min, the host was amazing offered every information that we need, helped us with the baggage and also with the parking he made the reservarion in private garage at 3 min walking from the apartment and also offered the free masks and gel to have a safe walking around!!
