★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel manager was very rude, exited our room at 10am like most hotels in the world, but if your flight is late afternoon or night he doesnt like people " who are no longer guests" sitting in the lobby as a pass time as we was made to feel very unwelcome at the hotel with some of the comments and looks he was giving us that was totally unprevoced, so we had to leave the hotel with our luggage 4 hours before our taxi was due to pick us up.
If you go bed and breakfast.. forget the breakfast unless you enjoy stale cereal and dried out pastries.
Room was tiny, walls are like paper, uncomfitible mattress with a duvet i can only describe as a curtain and a ichy fleece, Also
there is a car repairs garage around the side of the hotel, so if you have a late night and plan a sleep in forget about it.
I travel to rome once or twice a year to visit family and I we be avoiding this one in future because there are plenty on 3 star B&Bs in rome were you get treated with alot more respect.
Other than that the WIFI was pretty good :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small beds the Reception and breakfast is in a smelly damp basement. Beds are small rooms small little breakfast.Staff are not good. Its not even a hotel.Avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo trattamento: non ho potuto fare la doccia perche' lácqua era appena tiepida e non mi hanno nemmeno rimborsato la note.
Very bad. I could not take a shower because the water was not sufficiently hot and after they checked and confirmed that the water was not war enough they even did not refund the night already prepaid. Icredible!! first time happeing to me!!!
Do not go there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well u should know it is not a 5 star hotel. So for a 3 star one, it is close to perfect. We visited during one of the hottest august weeks and all worked great. Room is not the biggest, but totally enough. Front desk service staff were the best. With this cost-quality ratio and location next to Colosseum and Domus Aurea, I recommend.

I booked on Expedia, paid in advance, and on arrival there is no sign, nothing on the door, no front desk, and the phone numbers they provided Expedia dont work. I called numbers on the internet & Italian lady answered, saying she doesn't know what I'm talking about, it's impossible to have a reservation because the unit is rented. She kept telling me she can't help me, and it's her day off, and sorry. I called Expedia while standing in the hot sun on the sidewalk for 45minutes, only to hear them say they couldn't reach anyone. No s**t!
Fortunately, Expedia quickly re-booked me at a better "hotel" down the street - Hotel Celio.
I do NOT recommend Domus, period.
