Per prendere un appuntamento bisogna andare là perché al telefono è impossibile contattarli. Il dottor Loison ha sottovalutato le problematiche sia di mia mamma che di mio papà. Per avere una diagnosi abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci altrove. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Bad in everything .. the answering machine never answers the phone. To make an appointment you have to go there because on the phone it is impossible to contact them. Dr. Loison underestimated the problems of both my mom and dad. To get a diagnosis we had to look elsewhere.

Non sono critiche ad personam. È un tipo di (dis)organizzazione che non risponde per tempi e metodi ai bisogni della medicina di base. Non si possono mandare i pazienti, molto spesso anziani) di qua e di là per cure urgenti o servizi indispensabili. Penso in questo momento alla delocalizzazione del vaccino antinfluenzale. Sempre a parer mio, molto meglio gli ambulatori dei singoli medici. Anche per un rapporto più umano con i pazienti. Molto macchinoso reperire il proprio medico anche per le questioni più semplici, e con i due anni di covid la burocrazia ha avuto la meglio sulla cura del paziente. Sconsigliato. Segreteria inesistente . In qualche modo si dovranno prendere dei provvedimenti perché questo è inaccettabile. La gente non chiama in uno studio medico per capriccio . Mi trattengo . Personale disponibile e collaborativo. il mio medico poi è il top, risponde sempre alle mie richieste. Purtroppo il periodo covid sta appesantendo molto la situazione e il carico che grava sullo studio, tra segreteria e medici. bisogna solo avere pazienza, le risposte arrivano!
