Essendoci fila (circa 15 persone),ed avendo la bambina che tral’altro non stava neanche bene, chiede cortesemente di poter passare per chiedere informazioni riguardante un particolare dell’esame, arrivata lì gli risponde una dottoressa la quale le da le informazioni necessarie e, nonostante ci sia la fila il freddo e la bambina cha stava male invita la mia ragazza a fare la fila (60 minuti al vento con 12/13°), per un’operazione che ha richiesto si e no 60 secondi allo sportello, visto che per l’età della bambina c’è anche l’esenzione e quindi neanche lo sbatti del pagamento! Semplicemente scandaloso!! Tengo a precisare che mia figlia era con la mamma semplicemente perché io ero a lavoro e qui non abbiamo parenti o altri a cui poterci affidare visto che ci siamo trasferiti da poco e l’esame la pediatra lo ha richiesto con una certa urgenza! Lei aveva bisogno con urgenza di questi esami per implementarli in una visita di controllo per valutare il buon fine della operazione al cuore appena sostenuta! La temperatura questa mattina era 0°C e la fila si fa in piedi e all'aperto! Secondo quella intelligentona dell'infermiera all'ingresso mia nipote doveva fare la fila come gli altri nonostante le condizioni in cui versava! Complimenti anche alla sensibilità delle persone in fila che davano ragione alla infermiera! Mia nipote era debole e faceva fatica pure a stare in piedi e molto probabilmente rientrerà prossimamente in un contesto di invalidità! Naturalmente non ho fatto gli esami e mi sono rivolto ad un'altra struttura, ritardando anche la visita di controllo, molto importante! Ho visto che non è la prima volta che succede una cosa del genere! È molto grave quello che è accaduto, soprattutto per come ha agito la infermiera completamente sprovvista di professionalità! Mi ha colpito molto anche la poca sensibilità della gente! Male...molto male.... MALISSIMO!!!
