Avendo un problema intestinale e non potendo andare al lavoro, ho chiamato la guardia medica di Mogliano Veneto, che mi ha detto di andare di persona pur avendo un problema abbastanza delicato e soprattutto vista l'emergenza covid. Come se non bastasse, arrivo e come sala d'attesa trovo la rampa delle scale. Dopo un'ora abbondante di attesa vengo ricevuta nell'ambulatorio con un clima fresco per non dire freddo. Dirigendomi verso di esso, noto la presenza di 5 o 6 sedie dove potersi sedere e un bagno (neccessario nel mio caso), senza attendere in modo scomodo sulle scale o appoggiati al muro. Per quanto riguarda la visita in sè, il Dottore non mi ha nemmeno guardata in faccia e liquidata con un modulo da firmare, senza alcuna domanda sul problema per il quale ero andata. Se queste sono le visite per chi ha bisogno di una guardia medica quando non è reperibile il medico di base, allora è meglio che chi ne ha veramente bisogno si rivolga direttamente al pronto soccorso. Non faccio nomi di dottori, ma giusto per informazione faccio presente che chi era di turno il giorno 30 ottobre 2021 di mattina come guardia medica di Mogliano Veneto si faccia un esame di coscienza. Alla persona arrivata successivamente è stato chiuso il citofono in faccia mentre parlava. Ho atteso 20 minuti fuori cercando di chiamarlo e non ha mai risposto al telefono, nel frattempo non è né entrato né uscito nessuno, quindi non ha effettuato alcun tipo di intervento. Da denunciare per interruzione di servizio medico! Edit di qualche mese dopo: avevo mandato un reclamo all'ULSS e questi mi hanno telefonato per dirmi che era vero quello che diceva il "medico", ma che effettivamente nel sito non c'era scritto e che lo avrebbero aggiornato in seguito. Lì fuori c'era una signora con 38 e mezzo di febbre che probabilmente non aveva avuto la mia stessa fortuna. Ora io non so come funzioni, non so di chi siano e di chi non siano le responsabilità, ma so per certo che questa situazione è inammissibile.
