★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo. Avevo appuntamento ad un orario e mi hanno visitata dopo un'ora. Per poi dirmi che l'esame non era attendibile e di ritornare quindi spendendo soldi per niente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza :primo incontro per la visita obbligatoria di idoneità al trattamento non segnano l'appuntamento e mi fanno tornare comunque a farlo per non perdere il cliente ,la seconda volta il medico ha mezz'ora di ritardo che fa saltare il trattamento successivo per mancanza di tempo sufficiente per farne uno come si deve . Manca comunicazione tra reception e medico .

Le infermiere sono state bravissime, dolcissime, hanno eseguito tutto nel modo migliore. Consiglio questa struttura per i vostri bambini.

The nurses were very good, very sweet, they performed everything in the best way. I recommend this facility for your children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Referto con dati del paziente errato, fissANO il giorno per il ritiro del referto corretto e firmato (e già era una scocciatura ripassare perchè via mail non lo inviavano per i soliti problemi di privacy): stampata al momento e firma del medico assente.
Poco professionali, troppa burocrazia e precisi solo dove vogliono (NB servizio da 200€, non si parla di 50€).

La gentilezza del personale alla reception è quasi commuovente di questi tempi e anche i medici hanno un modo di fare umano e accogliente. Davvero una cosa rara!!
Zadei Clinic is a unique clinic where patients are always at the center of attention and are also followed with a multidisciplinary approach by the best doctors in Brescia who seem to concentrate all there! The kindness of the staff at the reception is almost touching these days and even the doctors have a humane and welcoming way. Really a rare thing !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente per niente professionale. Dice al telefono che garantiscono il risultato del molecolare in 24 ore e invece non è vero. Sono andata a lamentarmi, e mi hanno detto che loro dicono le 24-48 ore, ma se le 24 non sono garantite dovrebbero dire le 36-48. Io ho parlato personalmente con una del centralino e mi hanno negato tutto. Gente incompetente.
Speriamo di non avere più bisogno di loro. 91 euro di fattura buttata nel cesso. E tra l altro avevano detto che rimborsavano i soldi se non avessero dato il risultato in 24 ore, ovviamente non è vero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prendo appuntamento per le ore 17, perché il medico arriva a quell'ora e non c'è prima. Io abito a 40 km ed inizio a lavorare alle 18:30. Mi sono raccomandata che fossi la prima spiegando bene il mio problema lavorativo ed anche il fatto che, tornando da Brescia ad Iseo a quell'ora si trova molto traffico. Gentilissima la ragazza mi assicura che sarò la prima. Appuntamento preso pure un mese e mezzo fa. Arrivo oggi 10 minuti prima. Il dottore arriva con 10 minuti di ritardo e chiama un'altro nome. Vado dalla ragazza che mi aveva dato l'appuntamento per sapere come mai, dopo che mi ero ben assicurata di essere la prima, sono le 17:15 e sto ancora aspettando. La sua risposta, maleducata, è stata: noi prendiamo solo gli appuntamenti poi decide il dottore con che ordine fare entrare. Le ricordo che le avevo esplicitamente chiesto di essere la prima perché sono tiratissimi con i tempi. Mi dice che non è una decisione sua. Se me lo avesse detto prima mai avrei preso un appuntamento alle 17, ma probabilmente fare soldi è più importante che essere corretti con i pazienti. Detto questo alle 17:40 stavo ancora aspettando il mio turno. Me ne sono andata, di chirurghi ortopedici ce ne sono e magari rispettano gli orari presi. Ad ogni modo trovo assurdo che diano un orario e poi il medico chiami i nomi come gli pare. Credo succeda solo in questo centro e senza alcuna scusa, perché secondo loro, farsi 40 km per poi non avere il servizio è una cosa normale.
