★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che positiva. Appuntamento tramite SSN con tempistica breve, veloce al banco e visita medica esaustiva. L’unica nota dolente è il parcheggio e le prestazioni fisioterapiche riabilitative con lunghe liste di attesa.
 More than positive experience. Appointment via SSN with short, fast time at the counter and exhaustive medical examination. The only sore point is parking and rehabilitation physiotherapy services with long waiting lists.

I carried out a check-up at the center which included a series of packages paid for by my insurance. It was not possible to carry out an examination due to their mistake (lack of evidence of the preparation phase) which was promptly invoiced. Never again...

MRI performed on the knee, as a first experience in this center nothing to say. The people I met during check-in and visit everything ok. Clean environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da molti anni che mi servo in questo studio specialistico ( dottori molto preparati e professionali) ed ho continuato anche al cambio gestione , trovandomi sempre bene, ultimamente ho affrettato una recensione negativa per una mia insoddisfazione su di un servizio per quanto riguarda solo la parte del costo ; ma è bastato chiarirsi per sistemare la cosa; che dire!? Grande umanità e comprensione da parte loro cosa rara di questi tempi.
For many years that I have been using this specialist office (very trained and professional doctors) and I have also continued to change management, always finding myself well, lately I have hurried a negative review for my dissatisfaction with a service as regards only the part of the cost; but it was enough to clarify things to settle the matter; what to say!? Great humanity and understanding on their part which is rare these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto solo due anni fa questo centro quasi per caso e ne sono rimasta sin da subito colpita positivamente.
Difficilmente si riesce a trovare un connubio di professionalità, cortesia, pazienza e disponibilità sia telefonica che in presenza. Le persone agli sportelli sono straordinarie, un ottimo biglietto da visita; nulla da eccepire anche al personale di radiologia e Risonanza magnetica. In un mondo dove la maleducazione, la prepotenza e la superficialità sono quasi diventate una regola di vita per molti, incontrare persone che sanno fare la differenza fa veramente un gran piacere!
I only met this center two years ago almost by chance and I was immediately positively impressed by it.
It is difficult to find a combination of professionalism, courtesy, patience and availability both over the phone and in person. The people at the counters are extraordinary, an excellent business card; nothing to complain even to the staff of radiology and magnetic resonance. In a world where rudeness, arrogance and superficiality have almost become a rule of life for many, meeting people who know how to make a difference is truly a great pleasure!

A partire dal ragazzo all'ingresso Marco, una persona veramente per bene che ci ha accolto in maniera cordiale e professionale, è stato molto gentile a tranquillizzare la mia mamma di 82 anni che doveva fare una visita importante, in questi casi l'umanità e la cortesia è fondamentale ma non è così scontata, quindi lo ringrazio di cuore. Anche le ragazze dell'accettazione sono state molto carine e gentile fino al dottore che ha visitato la mamma.
Un'altra nota positiva è l'ambiente pulito, in ordine e molto ben organizzato.
Sono stata anche in altri centri, qui mel'ha consigliato un'amica e devo dire che sono pienamente soddisfatta!

Starting with the boy at the entrance Marco, a really good person who welcomed us in a friendly and professional way, he was very kind to reassure my 82-year-old mother who had to make an important visit, in these cases humanity and courtesy is essential but it is not so obvious, so I sincerely thank him. The admission girls were also very nice and kind until the doctor who visited the mom.
Another positive note is the clean, tidy and very well organized environment.
I have also been to other centers, a friend recommended me here and I must say that I am fully satisfied!
