Di facile accesso perché sulla vecchia direttrice Padova-Castelfranco, e molto comodo anche alla nuova statale. Un punto di riferimento per le necessità sanitarie. Riscontrata una importante patologia si è scocciata delle mie domande soprattutto molto pertinenti. Un medico che come lei lavorava in ospedale e poi licenziatasi dovrebbe essere più professionale. Poi la segreteria si compone di segretarie inefficienti che passano ore al telefono trattando argomenti non pertinenti al posto di lavoro. Facendo aspettare le persone allo sportello. Il dottor Moro è molto brusco e frettoloso; durante la visita al Punto Medico di Camposampiero non è stato in grado di eseguire la pressione oculare per la quale, pur avendolo fatto notare a lui e alla reception del Punto Medico, si é fatto comunque pagare. Molto sconsigliato sia il dottore che il centro che doveva ricontattarmi per rimediare all’inconveniente proponendo un altro Medico per eseguire l’esame mancante e invece non l’ha mai fatto. Parte2. Dopo questa recensione mi ha chiamato il direttore che molto educatamente si è scusato per l’accaduto e facendomi richiamare subito dopo per fissare un appuntamento per eseguire l’esame con il Dottor Giuliano. L’esame è stato completato in pochissimi minuti senza alcun problema. Il potere del web?... Part1. Ho riscontrato poche indicazioni all'individuazione dello sportello di accettazione. Per le visite mediche è al piano superiore ma non ho visto indicazioni. Bisogna chiedere... Rilevazione temperatura con termoscanner non presidiato, in pratica chiunque può entrare liberamente... My experience has been positive. Efficient and friendly staff with competent doctors. Il personale addetto dovrebbe essere più empatico. Soprattutto durante l'esecuzione di un esame così delicato per una donna. L'ultima volta ho dovuto aspettare un po', anche se mi ero fatta inserire per prima per essere quanto prima al lavoro ma causa traffico, la professionista (che viene da lontano) è arrivata in ritardo. Pronte le scuse sia sue che del personale in accettazione che mi aveva prontamente avvisata, appena arrivata, di questo disagio. Non serviva scusarsi perché capita a tutti l'imprevisto, tanto più se si arriva da distante. Tuttavia ho apprezzato questa accortezza. Professionista molto competente, scrupolosa che sa ascoltare e che ha saputo rispondere a tutte le mie domande in modo chiaro ed esaustivo. Personale in accettazione garbato, competente che trasmette serenità. Cosa non da poco considerato che si va lì a volte anche un po' preoccupati. Essendo anch'io in qualche modo del settore, l'ho notato e gradito. Normativa anti-Covid rispettata. Ampio parcheggio. Dopo un incidente,l'infortunistca stradale con cui abbiamo trattato si è appoggiata a questo PESSIMO centro per la riabilitazione,ed siamo stati trattati come ammalati immaginari e per solo business. Si è perso molto tempo importante soltanto per incassare soldi con visite e terapie FARLOCCHE.Risultato,dopo più di un anno con 2 cicli di terapie e 5 visite FARLOCCHE e 2500 euro abbiamo ancora una persona che dopo un fortissimo colpo di frusta,soffre di parestesia al braccio destro che dà forti dolori cervicali più la perdita della sensibilità di tutto il braccio e la perdita di equilibrio con numerose cadute e relativo stress post traumatico.VERGOGNATEVI.Rifatto tutto l'iter con l'ospedale di Camposampiero nel reparto di fisioterapia,abbiamo risolto al 100% grazie ad un bravissimo fisioterapista umano e professionale a costo irrisorio. Unfortunately this is yet another review of a disaster ... if it were up to us we wouldn't even give a star !!! After an accident, the traffic accident we dealt with relied on this BAD rehabilitation center, and we were treated like imaginary sick people and just for business. A lot of important time was lost just to collect money with FARLOCCHE visits and therapies. Result, after more than a year with 2 cycles of therapies and 5 FARLOCCHE visits and 2500 euros we still have a person who after a very strong whiplash, suffers from paresthesia to the right arm which gives severe neck pain plus the loss of sensitivity of the whole arm and the loss of balance with numerous falls and related post-traumatic stress. 100% solved thanks to a very good human and professional physiotherapist at a negligible cost.
