★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per stampare 4 fogli in b/n mi sono stati chiesti 3€.... mi sono sentito un po truffato.... tralasciando la sommaria spiegazione del titolare per la tariffa applicata... di sicuro non ci ritorno !!! (con questi prezzi conviene comprare una stampante economica)
to print 4 sheets in b / w I was asked for € 3 .... I felt a bit cheated .... leaving out the owner's summary explanation for the rate applied ... I certainly won't go back !!! (with these prices it is better to buy a cheap printer)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui si possono fare fotocopie e scansioni, non stampano foto. È possibile pagare anche con carta di credito. Ci lavorano in due, perciò il servizio è preciso ma non velocissimo.
Here you can make photocopies and scans, do not print photos. You can also pay by credit card. Two of them work there, so the service is precise but not very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tanti i problemi: puzza di fumo, conti dell'azienda fatti ad alta voce, lamentele varie. Ma quello che mi ha spinto a scrivere questa recensione è imperdonabile, perché ha toccato la mia professionalità e il mio lavoro. Sono un fotografo, e ho voluto fare un omaggio ai miei clienti con un piccolo volantino in cartoncino. A casa mia ho fatto delle prove di stampa (per verificare la grandezza del font) e si sono rivelate di qualità superiore rispetto a quella effettuata in questo luogo. Nella foto allegata, vedrete in alto la mia stampa e sotto quella di questo "centro stampa". Questa è la 3^ possibilità che ho dato alla loro attività per farmi desistere dal scartarli. Sono dispiaciuto perché dalle lamentele (inappropriate) che fanno nei confronti di stato, comune, ecc.. dovrebbero dimostrare rispetto per i clienti. Sono gentili, ma se mi viene contestata la qualità delle mie foto, a cui dedico tempo ed energie, sinceramente possono anche chiudere. Una stella per prezzo non idoneo al servizio.
There are many problems: stink of smoke, company accounts made out loud, various complaints. But what prompted me to write this review is unforgivable, because it touched my professionalism and my job. I am a photographer, and I wanted to pay homage to my clients with a small cardboard flyer. In my house I did some printing tests (to check the size of the font) and they turned out to be of a higher quality than that done in this place. In the attached photo, you will see my print above and below that of this "press center". This is the 3rd chance that I have given to their business to make me desist from discarding them. I am sorry because the complaints (inappropriate) they make against the state, the municipality, etc. .. should show respect for customers. They are kind, but if I am challenged the quality of my photos, to which I dedicate time and energy, they can honestly close. One star for price not eligible for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e disponibile, peccato per i prezzi: circa 400 stampe in bianco e nero, due rilegature con semplice spirale in plastica (da 4/5€ l'una), per 57€ (con applicato un leggero sconto, visto che, presa alla sprovvista, non avevo abbastanza contante per pagare il prezzo pieno). 0.11€ a stampa, quando si tratta di bianco e nero, è un prezzo altissimo, che si tratti di prima copia oppure no (il prezzo per la seconda copia dello stesso file sarebbe praticamente dimezzato). Altrove, e non solo in copisterie universitarie, ho sempre pagato circa un terzo di questo prezzo. Da universitaria, appunto, sono rimasta allibita e piuttosto sconvolta.
Peccato, perché l'accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità sono sicuramente da apprezzare.
Staff very kind and helpful, shame about the prices: about 400 black and white prints, two bindings with a simple plastic spiral (from 4/5 € each), for 57 € (with a slight discount applied, since, taken aback, I did not have enough cash to pay full price). 0.11 € to print, when it comes to black and white, is a very high price, whether it is the first copy or not (the price for the second copy of the same file would be practically halved). Elsewhere, and not only in university cops, I have always paid about a third of this price. As a university student, I was appalled and rather upset.
Too bad, because the welcome, kindness and availability are certainly to be appreciated.
