La titolare e le ragazze sono andate ben oltre le mie esigenze estetiche (sistemare una ricostruzione unghie fatta molto male da un altro centro estetico) e hanno capito la situazione emotiva che stavo vivendo e hanno fatto i salti mortali per rendermi felice e farmi apparire al meglio nel giorno del mio matrimonio. La titolare ha fatto l'eccezione di trovarmi un appuntamento con pochissimo preavviso e anche se era oberata di lavoro mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine. Vlada, la ragazza che si è occupata della nail art, è molto creativa e professionale ed ha eseguito un lavoro con i fiocchi lasciandomi senza parole. Francesca, la titolare, mi ha fatto sentire capita e speciale e al mondo esistono poche persone ancora attente davvero al cliente. Disperatissima, per fortuna mi hanno fissato l'appuntamento subito, poiché temevo per la salute delle mie unghie. Francesca mi ha guidata passo a passo durante la seduta, spiegandomi l'utilizzo dei prodotti e la loro utilità. Mi ha mostrato poi i colori e vi dico che non è sufficiente una vita intera per provarli tutti e a mano libera mi ha anche realizzato un decoro con dei bellissimi glitter! Purtroppo ci vorrà un po' prima che le mie unghie si riprendano dopo che sono state rovinate da macellaie che si spacciano per esperte, ma grazie allo staff di questo salone sono certa che se ne prenderanno cura.
