β β β β β Closed on weekends, way to hard to get an appointment, never answer phones, never get a call back. Don't care about anything non emergency, then when you do have an emergency they just say go to E.R
My 3 month old daughter has a problem with her eyes, need to see a pediatrician but no appointments available, supposed to get a call from a nurse and no one called back. Dealing with San Bortolo's emergency room is difficult and even more stressful when you don't speak Italian. She shouldn't have to go to the emergency room for this anyways. The health clinic is useless,and the staff js rude.
But it's not like you can do anything and choose to go anywhere else. So just warning to everyone that you'll be unhappy and frustrated with them.

β β β β β I have had a stitch spitting from a surgery since September. I have attempted several times to make an appointment but each time I do they reschedule it and push it back further and further. It rubs on all my clothes, causing me pain everyday, and unless itβs an emergency they simply donβt care nor will they help me. Even for regular appointments you have to make them months in advance but in the army your schedule can change at any moment and they do not accommodate for that or even try to work with you. You see a general practitioner for everything even if it involves a specialty area. Most of their staff is friendly but the amount of effort and time it takes just to get something done makes it not worth it.
