Sie bot mit eins zuerst für 6€ ,als ich sagte ,wieso so teuer ,hat Sie 4€ gemacht . Habe dann in Schuhe gekauft für 90€ Darauf hin habe ich gemerkt dass die Maske keine Luft durch lässt wahrscheinlich weiß nur Designer Maske . Ich wollte die Maske zurückgeben aber die Verkäuferin sagt nein gib sie nicht zurück .Ich fand das unverschämt und überhaupt nicht Kunden freundlich . Die Maske lässt kein Luft durch , das ist eine Maske für Menschen die sich umbringen wollen ! It couldn't be more unfriendly. I asked the saleswoman if she could sell me a mask because I didn't have one and I would like to buy shoes. She offered one first for 6 €, when I said why so expensive, it made 4 €. I then bought shoes for 90 €. Then I noticed that the mask doesn't let any air through, probably only a designer mask. I wanted to return the mask, but the saleswoman says no, don't give it back. I found that outrageous and not at all customer friendly. The mask does not let air through, this is a mask for people who want to kill themselves!

Il negozio si trova a due passi da Piazza Mazzini ed è accogliente e sempre in ordine. Il vero valore aggiunto però è tutto lo staff (Franco, Ludovica, Federica e Gabriella) che oltre a essere professionale e disponibile, è sempre gentile e cortese. Hanno sempre il sorriso sulle labbra, affidatevi a loro. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. The shop is located a stone's throw from Piazza Mazzini and is welcoming and always tidy. Ho comprato un paio di scarpe mod Oacland nel mese di dicembre 2021. Scarpe da me desiderate da tempo, nel mese di marzo ho notato una grave rottura della suola, prima ad una scarpa, subito dopo dell'altra. Essendo di fuori provincia, al momento dell'acquisto mi trovavo a Lecce per caso, non ho avuto modo di contestare nulla allo store di Lecce, ma ho pensato bene di contattare direttamente l'azienda DOCKSTEPS: CHE NON MI HA DEGNATO DI UNA RISPOSTA. Come può un'azienda del genere, sul mercato da tanti anni, non essere vicina a chi decide di comprare il proprio brand a scapito di tanti altri?
