Nel negozio erano presenti un ragazzo e una ragazza, quest’ultimo si è mostrato molto scortese e scocciato nel servire la mia amica; difatti al momento del pagamento ha sbattuto letteralmente il cartone con le scarpe sul bancone, risultando scortese anche durante il momento del pagamento della mia amica. All’uscita abbiamo gentilmente salutato il ragazzo, ma lui ci ha liquidate con un saluto molto scocciato. Merce in saldo ma personale pessimo, per niente accogliente. Today I went to this shop with two of my friends as one of them needed to buy a pair of shoes. In the shop there were a boy and a girl, the latter was very rude and annoyed in serving my friend; in fact at the time of payment he literally banged the cardboard with his shoes on the counter, resulting rude even during the time of my friend's payment. At the exit we kindly greeted the boy, but he dismissed us with a very annoyed greeting. Goods on sale but bad staff, not welcoming at all.
E	Elisabetta Minerba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercoledì 18 agosto 2021, nel pomeriggio, mi sono recata nel negozio AW LAB di LECCE Piazza Mazzini per acquistare le scarpe ai miei figli, ma per la maleducazione di uno dei due ragazzi addetti alla vendita, me ne sono andata di fretta e furia. Scarpe acquistate subito dopo da FOOT LOCHER, dove riscontro sempre gentilezza e cortesia del personale. On Wednesday 18 August 2021, in the afternoon, I went to the AW LAB store in LECCE Piazza Mazzini to buy shoes for my children, but due to the rudeness of one of the two sales guys, I left in a hurry. Shoes purchased immediately afterwards from FOOT LOCHER, where I always find kindness and courtesy of the staff.
