Almeno rispondete al telefono. Bad service I have never received the letter that the doctor was retiring and now I find myself without a doctor .. for more than a year. At least answer the phone.

Rispondete almeno a questa semplice domanda ma so già che non avrà risposta! If they don't answer the phone, the e-mails don't answer how do you make an appointment at the administrative office? Veramente prima quando ognuno andava dentro con la sua macchina era molto più comodo, intimo nonché riservato! In tempi di emergenza sanitaria dovrebbe esserci una maggiore attenzione verso l'utenza, offrendo la possibilità di ricevere informazioni e chiedere chiarimenti senza dover necessariamente recarsi in loco.
