Lei era un po in soprappeso, io no, solo un paio di kg, ma con problemi di stomaco, sonno e stress, massa magra e massa grassa,etc.In poche parole ho imparato a mangiare, ad abbinare gli ingredienti... mangio tutto quello che mi piace nella giusta misura, non soffro la fame, dormo tranquilla, non soffro più di stomaco... e son anche dimagrita.. e,per me cosa più importante, senza prendere costosi integratori e diete ferree prescritte da altri nutrizionisti. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia necessità, per la sua serietà e professionalità e il saper ascoltare, la Dott.ssa Nicastro A. Essendo una persona con più patologie che interferiscono l' una con l'altra di medici per sbrogliare la matassa ne ho girati tanti ma nn avevo effettivamente mai trovato una Dottoressa così esperta . Con il suo metodo di valutazione di tutte le patologie insieme, la dottoressa Nicastro é riuscita a sistemare la situazione portandomi a perdere anche molti chili accumulati negli anni . Quello che oltretutto aiuta molto é la disponibilità in qualsiasi momento della dottoressa e la sua attenzione anche all aspetto psicologico che serve per mantenere un alimentazione corretta nel tempo . Ho trasmesso quindi il mio entusiasmo a mia figlia la quale essendo un soggetto pluriallergico con puntura salvavita cercava una persona adatta a darle indicazioni alimentari . Adesso andiamo sempre insieme ai controlli e ci sproniamo a vicenda .
