Persone incapaci di fare il proprio lavoro, più lontano state da questo posto meglio starete. Se si potesse darei zero stelle. Incompetent staff, they make you wait two hours late without apologizing or warning you that they are late. Un unico ascensore sempre rotto, quindi se sei disabile sei tagliato fuori! Rampa disabili non sempre accessibile. Ore interminabili d'attesa! Per fissare un appuntamento devi fare almeno 300 telefonate! I have been trying to call for 2 weeks and no one ever answers! Dilapidated structure. Più facile ma, inutile ai fini di una prenotazione, telefonare al numero scritto sul sito del reparto psicologia. Trovarsi appuntamenti a 3 o 4 mesi è di una facilità estrema. Vorrei capire come possa aspettare una persona che domani potrebbe fare un gesto inconsulto. Però, il personale è competente e gentilissimo. Almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. Easier but useless for booking purposes, call the number written on the psychology department website. Finding appointments at 3 or 4 months is extremely easy. I would like to understand how a person can wait who could make a rash gesture tomorrow. However, the staff is competent and very kind.
