Mi hanno informato del servizio di prenotazione, che non conoscevo, e trovo che sia molto utile se si è di fretta e si vuole evitare di fare la fila. Helpful staff, delicate hand in making the withdrawal (this is also important), quick service. They informed me of the booking service, which I did not know, and I find it very useful if you are in a hurry and want to avoid queuing.

L’unica pecca è il referto dopo 2 giorni, me lo aspettavo più veloce, sarebbe utile specificarlo online così ci si organizza per tempo. Nel complesso la velocità è stata notevole, per cui sicuramente un buon servizio. Sarebbe utile poter ricevere i dati di accesso per il download via sms/mail cosi non si rischia di perderli e si risparmia carta :) Booked via the web app, only 10 minutes late compared to the scheduled appointment, fast withdrawal done by expert nurses, almost painless. The only flaw is the report after 2 days, I expected it to be faster, it would be useful to specify it online so we can organize it in time. Overall the speed was remarkable, so definitely good service. It would be useful to be able to receive the access data for download via sms / mail so you do not risk losing them and save paper :)

Sistema di ritiro online eccellente dato che non si necessita di Speed o codici OTP ma semplicemente della password che ti danno loro e del codice fiscale. A seconda degli esami da fare varia il tempo in cui si possono ritirare ma sono comunque veloci. Lo consiglio vivamente. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent online withdrawal system since you do not need Speed or OTP codes but simply the password they give you and the social security number. Depending on the exams to be done, the time in which they can be collected varies but they are still fast. I highly recommend it.

Siamo profondamente delusi dal fatto che che ci siano due tariffe in base alla velocità con cui si riceve il referto. Costo tampone 50 euro (referto entro le 48/72 ore) Costo tampone 102 euro (referto entro in 24 ore) Shame on the speculation that is also being created on the speed in reporting !! Molecular buffer. We are deeply disappointed that there are two rates based on how quickly the report is received. Swab cost 50 euros (report within 48/72 hours) Buffer cost 102 euros (report within 24 hours)

M	Morgan Beghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non arrivate in ritardo di 5 minuti con tre bambini, di cui due sotto gli otto anni ( cinque minuti veramente..... mea culpa ) perché vi cacciano via in quanto hanno già tolto i guanti a loro dire ( sabato 29 gennaio 2022 mattina )... Quando poi leggi recensioni di gente che aveva appuntamento alle 08:15 ed è stata seguita alle 09.....loro possono......tutto torna.... Do not arrive late 5 minutes with three children, two of which under the eight years (five minutes really ..... Mea Culpa) because they chase you away as they have already removed the gloves to say to them (Saturday 29 January 2022 morning ) ... when you read reviews of people who had appointment at 08:15 and was followed at 09 ..... they can ...... everything comes back ....
