★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venivo da Sarzana provincia della Spezia, all'accettazione sono state gentilissime e preparate. Comprensive ed hanno risolto un paio di problematiche create involontarie da me. Se avrò necessità in futuro vi tornerò senza dubitare.
I came from Sarzana province of La Spezia, upon acceptance they were very kind and prepared. They understand and have solved a couple of problems created involuntarily by me. If I need in the future I will go back without doubting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l l uni centro che per fare le analisi ci vuole un dicumento identità non basta il tesserino sanitario . purtroppo avevo solo il tesserino sanitario e non mi hanno fatto gli esami.se quella è la loro prassi potrebbero metterlo pwr scritto con un cartello in vista .cmq pazienza perché sono riuscita nella stessa mattina ad andare in un altro centro....paziente perso anche in futuro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accettazione del Sabato è lentissima. Se ci fossero due impiegate sarebbe senza dubbio meglio. Ci vuole troppo tempo per registrare e pochissimo per fare l'esame. Aspettare quasi due ore con la pipi da fare e senza mangiare non è il massimo. In generale più gentilezza.
Acceptance of Saturday is very slow. If there were two employees it would undoubtedly be better. It takes too long to register and very little to take the exam. Waiting almost two hours with the pee to do and without eating is not the best. Generally more kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che il personale ai 2 sportelli è gentilissimo ma per un prelievo l'attesa supera abbondantemente l'ora. Solo una persona al punto prelievi, che, se non è un cottimista e lavora bene, inevitabilmente da solo crea una lunga coda. Prevedere 2 persone ai prelievi nei giorni di maggior afflusso?
I state that the staff at the 2 counters is very kind but for a withdrawal the wait is well over an hour. Only a person at the point of withdrawals, who, if he is not a job worker and works well, inevitably creates a long queue by himself. Expect 2 people to withdrawals on the busiest days?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un Letamaio,si aspetta tutti in fila per entrare e poi all’apertura delle porte d’ingresso l’addetta consente a chiunque senza rispettare gli orari e le file.
Non esiste una sala di osservazione .Se fai delle analisi specifiche l’attesa la fai in accettazione insieme a tutti…Alla faccia del COVID!la risposta :
“Non siamo attrezzati” bene. Chiudete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato il prelievo stamattina e purtroppo la coda d'attesa è inevitabile soprattutto per via delle norme di sicurezza legate alla pandemia. Il personale attento, gentile e disponibile ha gestito al meglio la situazione. Ringrazio anche il dottore gentile, rassicurante (cosa da non sottovalutare per chi potrebbe avere problematiche legate al prelievo)e competente. Sinceramente sono queste le cose che personalmente apprezzo e non ritengo un problema dover aspettare in coda mezz'ora in più!
I made the sample this morning and unfortunately the waiting queue is inevitable, especially due to the safety regulations related to the pandemic. The attentive, kind and helpful staff handled the situation best. I also thank the kind doctor, reassuring (which should not be underestimated for those who may have problems related to the withdrawal) and competent. Honestly, these are the things that I personally appreciate and I don't think it's a problem having to wait in line for an extra half hour!
