Il personale è gentilissimo, cordiale, professionale ed i Dottori competenti. Io ho cambiato ginecologo e poi conosciuto Azzena con cui mi trovo benissimo e che consiglio a tutte per la sua esperienza e cordialità. Oggi mi sono recata per una visita di cui mia mamma aveva davvero urgenza, e per cui mi ero recata in una precedente visita appositamente con l'impegnativa del medico a prenotarle questa prestazione. L'impegnativa me l'hanno dispersa, ho chiesto proprio perché era importante la possibilità di girare via mail loro un duplicato un paio di ore dopo dato che il disagio me l'hanno creato loro e nonostante ciò ci siamo mobilitati con la dottoressa di famiglia a trovare una soluzione. La risposta è stata no, mia madre rischia grazie a questo menefreghismo di non camminare più da un momento all'altro. Il parere dopo la descrizione dell'accaduto lo lascio a voi. Sono arrivata a fare 47 tentativi e non mi riferisco a un caso unico. Il personale alla reception sufficientemente gentile e cordiale ma purtroppo inefficiente. Le attività di segreteria sono lente fino allo sfinimento: accettazione, appuntamenti, per non parlare della cassa! Suvvia, non siamo in una spa, le persone hanno i loro impegni, non é possibile sapere quando entri ma non quando esci. Se l'intento è quello di trasmettere al cliente relax e tranquillità mi sa che il risultato è totalmente opposto. Sorry to say but with the new office we have not. Io mi trovo benissimo al Centro di Medicina di Mestre, avendo trovato qui la prima disponibilità utile, ho prenotato fiduciosa circa la professionalità... Quando siamo arrivate, mi è stato seraficamente detto che l'appuntamento era un'ora prima e che il medico se n'era già andato. Aggiungendo che mi avevano provato a contattare PIÙ VOLTE ma che il numero risultava sbagliato. Peccato che il numero di telefono in loro possesso fosse corretto. Per lavoro, devo essere sempre reperibile e pertanto non solo avevo il cellulare sempre accanto, ma posso confermare di non aver ricevuto alcuna chiamata. Inoltre, per abitudine, ogni volta che fisso un appuntamento, ripeto sempre al mio interlocutore data e orario, proprio per evitare fraintendimenti. Infine, la persona che - a detta loro - mi avrebbe contattato, alla domanda della collega se avesse provveduto a farlo, non ha nemmeno risposto, facendo probabilmente un cenno col capo. Ora, educazione e professionalità avrebbero voluto che ci mettesse la faccia e mi confermasse quanto fatto. Le persone che si recano presso la loro struttura non sono certo lì per perdere tempo o perché non hanno di meglio da fare. Onestamente, sconsiglio nella maniera più assoluta la struttura in questione, non per la qualità delle prestazioni, che non conosco, ma per la segreteria, assolutamente inefficiente.
