★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile esperienza vado a versare 100 euro per la prima volta a l'ATM e mi blocca i soldi senza versarli ho dovuto aspettare 8 giorni prima di riavere i miei soldi, ti fanno firmare carte a destra e a sinistra assurdo
Aggiorno che da un mese agosto 2020 non funzionano più i versamenti, li ho anche avvisati di questo problema ma non hanno fatto niente, terribile
Terrible experience I go to pay 100 euros for the first time at the ATM and it blocks my money without paying it I had to wait 8 days before I get my money back, they make you sign cards left and right absurd
I update that since August 2020 the payments have not worked anymore, I also warned them of this problem but they did nothing, terrible

the machine which issues bank notes in different denominations 100, 50, 20, 10 and 5. there were only 100, notes available. No notice visable for this lack of service. Please confirm the general impossibility of purchasing a coffee in a bar with a 100 euro bank note!
The manageress neither offered an apology or even excuse for this inconvenience. Her tone was condesending, her behaviour arrogant,
bordering on discrimination.. Terrible customer service !
