0 stelle: ad un "uomo" che si lamenta per 6 minuti di attesa alle casse e lascia una stella, consiglio di rimanere chiuso in casa e curare i suoi disturbi sociali. Frustrato. State alla larga da individui del genere e diffidate da loro

0 stars: to a "man" who complains about waiting for 6 minutes at the tills and leaves a star, I recommend that you stay indoors and treat his social disorders. Frustrated. Stay away from such individuals and be wary of them

They put aside the clothes as it was not possible to use the gift card and later I discovered that they had sold them for warehouse needs, stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in negozio questo pomeriggio per acquistare due pensierini, dopo aver curiosato sui vari piani ho trovato quello che mi interessava , scendo al piano terra e mi dirigo in cassa….entrambe le casse erano aperte con in coda solo due clienti x cassa me compresa , devo ammettere che sono rimasta molto colpita dalla “LENTEZZA “
della cassiera dove ero in coda…
lei faceva di tutto x essere ancora più lenta , insomma una situazione alquanto strana!
Poi era seccata dalla presenza dei clienti…complimenti e scusi il disturbo!!!
I went to the shop this afternoon to buy two little souvenirs, after browsing the various floors I found what I was interested in, I go down to the ground floor and go to the cashier .... both cashiers were open with only two customers queuing for me including, I must admit that I was very impressed by the "SLOW"
of the cashier where I was in the queue ...
she did everything to be even slower, in short, a rather strange situation!
Then she was annoyed by the presence of customers ... congratulations and sorry for the inconvenience !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale esperto e qualificato. Gentili e disponibili. Per i neogenitori fanno anche dei corsi online gratuiti per prepararsi al grande evento (chiedere alle casse). Lo frequentiamo da circa un anno e ci siamo sempre trovati bene.
Experienced and qualified staff. Kind and helpful. For new parents they also offer free online courses to prepare for the big event (ask at the cashiers). We have been attending it for about a year and we have always enjoyed it.

We went in to buy a pram and car seat and some other stuff for our first baby and the guy working on the top floor (I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name!) was amazing. He was really thorough and knowledgeable and really took his time to explain and show different products to us until we found exactly what we were looking for. He signed us up for an additional discount with Chicco membership so we saved a lot of money too. When we went downstairs to pay, the lady at the till was really friendly and offered me some free baby classes both online and in-store, they also gave me a "benvenuta mamma" envelope which had loads of coupons inside to use for further purchases. A really memorable experience, excellent customer service. The shop is well-stocked, clean and spacious with lots of wonderful products to choose from.
