★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home banking che funzionava quasi sempre ora non funziona più! Prima di cambiare il sistema bisogna insegnare bene agli addetti come rispondere ai clienti, in special modo agli addetti del callcenter!!
Home banking that almost always worked now no longer works! Before changing the system, employees must be taught well how to respond to customers, especially the call center staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bancomat non operativo per prelievi da sabato (oogi è lunedì e sono le 13.47). A domanda rispondono che il bancomat potrebbe essere smagnetizzato (ma quando mai se ho fatto acquisti!). Consigliano di andare in altra agenzia (sono in intervallo pranzo non posso attraversare tutta Torino) o prelevare da altro istituto di credito (perchè devo pagare la commissione?) Quale servizio prestano? Dare informazioni intelligenti è troppo difficile per il target dei dipendenti? Mah!
ATM not operational for withdrawals from Saturday (oogi is Monday and it is 13.47). When asked, they answer that the ATM could be demagnetized (but when ever if I made purchases!). They recommend going to another agency (I'm in the lunch break I can't cross all of Turin) or withdraw from another credit institution (why do I have to pay the commission?) What service do they provide? Is giving intelligent information too difficult for the target employee? Mah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno trasferito la sede vicino a casa mia qui, e se prima lavoravano decentemente, con ricadute solo in alcuni momenti, adesso è proprio un disastro. Innanzitutto adesso è molto più lontana, e devo prendere almeno un mezzo pubblico per arrivarci, i dipendenti sono cambiati, non seguono più il cliente e non sanno dare risposte coerenti. Oltretutto nessuno risponde al telefono. In seguito ad un problema col loro sito internet, nessuno riesce a darmi risposte chiare o anche solo delle scuse per l'inefficienza.
They moved the office near my house here, and if they used to work decently, with relapses only in a few moments, now it is really a disaster. First of all, it is now much further away, and I have to take at least public transport to get there, the employees have changed, they no longer follow the customer and they don't know how to give coherent answers. Besides, no one answers the phone. Following a problem with their website, no one can give me clear answers or even just an apology for the inefficiency.
