Purtroppo adesso posso solo dare 5 stelle per il personale ma come banca è diventata terribile come d'altronde penso un po' tutte le banche. Non conosco neanche più il direttore ? hanno le mani legate su tutto non c'è più dialogo tutto azzerato e parlo dei rapporti umani siamo solo dei numeri e come tali siamo trattati. Tutta colpa di Basilea 1-2-3 ? Che schifo!
I have been a current account holder since 1996, it has been for many years one of the best banks I have used both as services and for staff. Unfortunately now I can only give 5 stars for the staff but as a bank it has become terrible as I think a bit all the banks. I don't even know the director anymore ? they have their hands tied on everything there is no longer any dialogue completely zeroed and I talk about human relationships we are just numbers and as such we are treated. All Basel 1-2-3's fault? How disgusting!

Il dott Castagna in persona amministratore delegato della banca che mi offre un caffè e mi invita ad aprire un conto presso di loro. Lo ringrazio ma per ora rimango con Mustier in Unicredit dove mi danno il 12% netto di interessi.
I went last week and who do I find in the branch? Dr Castagna personally managing director of the bank who offers me a coffee and invites me to open an account with them. I thank him but for now I stay with Mustier in Unicredit where they give me 12% net of interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico sportello bpm in Torino abilitato per i versamenti e non funziona. Sono passata 2 volte nel giro di un mese, con annessi disagi di parcheggio data la zona, ed entrambe le volte non funzionava per "problemi hardware"
The only bpm counter in Turin enabled for deposits and does not work. I passed twice within a month, with parking problems due to the area, and both times it didn't work due to "hardware problems"
