Maleducazione e assenza totale di cortesia sono parte delle risposte.
Ogni singolo cliente dovrebbe essere trattato con un sorriso,cortesia ,rispetto e cura, ma vedo che non e' cosi.
I hope that the Unicredit leaders read why this bank has such low / negative scores, and ask themselves questions.
Rudeness and total absence of courtesy are part of the answers.
Every single customer should be treated with a smile, courtesy, respect and care, but I see this is not the case.
