Voglio ringraziare la Dottoressa Lops per il suo lavoro preciso ed estremamente professionale. Stiamo portando avanti un trattamento ortodontico Invisalign da più di due anni e ad ogni controllo sto appurando quanto l'unico obiettivo della Dottoressa sia l'ottenimento del risultato migliore possibile. Voglio citare inoltre la cortesia e prontezza organizzativa di Carlo dell'amministrazione, con cui ho potuto in pochi minuti prenotare un'ablazione del tartaro (che ho già fatto e di cui sono pienamente soddisfatto) ed uno sbiancamento dentale. PS: leggo di tempi lunghi di attesa nelle recensioni degli ultimi due anni, ma mi sembra palese che questa sia dovuta allo scrupolosissimo protocollo sanitario Covid che lo Studio pone in atto, sia alla reception (triage, misurazione temperatura, disinfezione mani) sia nelle sale, che vengono disinfettate tra un paziente e l'altro. I want to update the very positive review for this Studio that I left a few months ago. I want to thank Dr. Lops for her precise and extremely professional work. We have been carrying out an Invisalign orthodontic treatment for more than two years and at each checkup I am ascertaining how much the only goal of the Doctor is to obtain the best possible result. I also want to mention the courtesy and organizational promptness of Carlo from the administration, with whom I was able in a few minutes to book an ablation of tartar (which I have already done and of which I am fully satisfied) and a dental whitening. PS: I read about long waiting times in the reviews of the last two years, but it seems clear to me that this is due to the scrupulous Covid health protocol that the Firm implements, both at the reception (triage, temperature measurement, hand disinfection) and in the rooms , which are disinfected between patients.
