Essendo la prima visita gratuita, hanno fatto di tutto per procurarne una seconda a pagamento, che ovviamente non ho fatto poiché ho capito che si trattava di una semplice infiammazione. Praticamente non mi hanno segnato l'antibiotico, a loro dire necessario, affermando che per avere la cura avrei appunto dovuto pagare un'altra visita. Mi è rimasta impressa la maleducazione con cui hanno reagito alla mia meraviglia. Quando gli ho detto ciò che pensavo del loro modo di fare, il direttore ha perso le staffe mostrando tutti i suoi limiti caratteriali, e ha provato anche ad alzare la voce, almeno finché non ho alzato la mia. Appena uscito ho telefonato al mio dentista il quale mi ha consigliato acqua e sale, e in effetti l'infiammazione è passata nel giro di 24 ore, confermandomi l'incompetenza e probabilmente anche la malafede dei soggetti in questione. Non li consiglierei neanche al mio peggior nemico. I went there one day when my gum hurt badly, because my dentist was on vacation. I was impressed by the rudeness with which they reacted to my surprise. When I told him what I thought of their way of doing, the director lost his temper showing all his character limits, and he also tried to raise his voice, at least until I raised mine. As soon as I got out, I phoned my dentist who recommended water and salt, and in fact the inflammation passed within 24 hours, confirming the incompetence and probably also the bad faith of the subjects in question. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy either.

Durante i trattamenti ho potuto apprezzare il rispetto per le scelte del paziente e la competenza che mi ha fatto sentire di essere davvero in buone mani. In questo modo l'appuntamento dal dentista non è più un trauma, e diventa, quasi-quasi un momento positivo e simpatico! Molta gratitudine per il 'molare difficile' che il Dentista è riuscito a salvarmi... Prezzi onesti : il nome 'Etica' mi sembra meritato. Ho iniziato con l'igiene dentale e mi sono trovata bene. In seguito sono tornata per degli interventi più seri e tutto lo staff si è dimostrato professionale e disponibile. Prezzi buoni e servizio ottimo. Possibilità di pagamento dilazionato. A friend of mine recommended this center to me.
