L’assistance de Skoda a un leitmotiv qu’on pourrait résumer ainsi: ‘votre problème ce n’est pas nos oignons’. Et le garage où ma voiture a atterri pour réparation ne peut ni me donner de délai de réparation bien que le diagnostic soit établi (un capteur sur le circuit de carburant), ni de véhicule de prêt, arguant que leur logiciel ne reconnaît pas mon véhicule acheté en France. Je vais de galère en galère, chaque service se renvoyant la balle. Merci Skoda pour ces magnifiques vacances.
