★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indecoroso. Entriamo chiedendo di essere supportati da qualcuno per la scelta di un pavimento. La signora che ci accoglie esclama "i pavimenti sono lì". "Grazie", rispondiamo. All'interno del negozio, piuttosto caotico, ci sono almeno tre addetti che, pur vedendoci palesemente spaesati, ci ignorano senza rivolgerci nemmeno un cenno o una parola. Aspettiamo per circa un'ora. Niente. Accoglienza e cura del cliente totalmente ignoti. Andiamo via per disperazione, dopo aver letteralmente gettato al vento un'ora della nostra vita! Da evitare!

Inside the rather chaotic shop, there are at least three employees who, despite seeing us clearly disoriented, ignore us without even mentioning a word or a word. We wait for about an hour. Anything.
