Ho acquistato un'auto fiat con garanzia peugeot, alla prova della stessa facevo notare vari problemi, tipo freni, manopola del cambio, ventilazione e aria condizionata. Gli stessi dopo aver fatturato tutta la manutenzione eseguita, dava l'ok sullo stato d'uso; da premettere che è stata immatricolata nel 2015. Successivamente dal mio meccanico di fiducia notavo le mancate sostituzioni cosi come dichiarato, soprattutto sonda lambda e candele, completamente arrugginite, e i connettori completamente usurati. Deluso e a non più rivederci. Poor professionalism of the workshop, kindness and courtesy of the seller. I bought a fiat car with a peugeot warranty, when I tested it I pointed out various problems, such as brakes, gear knob, ventilation and air conditioning. After having invoiced all the maintenance performed, they gave the ok on the state of use; to be premised that it was registered in 2015. Subsequently, from my trusted mechanic I noticed the missing replacements as stated, above all lambda probe and spark plugs, completely rusty, and the connectors completely worn. Disappointed and not to see you again.

Scendo da Torino diretto in Sicilia, con cane figlio e bagagli appresso col peugeot traveller, si accende una spia, esco dall'autostrada e mi reco da loro, CHIEDENDO CORTESEMENTE UNA DIAGNOSI(10 minuti di lavoro?)per sapere se arrischiarmi a continuare il viaggio o fermarmi e prendere provvedimenti ( sai com'è, uno ci tiene alla vita). Erano le 9 del mattino e loro mi dicono: 'no non possiamo aiutarla, alle 12 chiudiamo e poi andiamo in ferie'....complimenti, poi vi lamentate che i napoletani sono cafoni e non hanno voglia di lavorare..be, questa volta non mi avrete sulla coscienza perché mi è andata bene, sono ancora vivo, comunque NON grazie alla vostra elasticità, non grazie alla vostra competenza, non grazie alla vostra cortesia.Una sola stella ma meritereste di meno VERGOGNA!!!
