In entrambe le occasioni forse ho scambiato due chiacchiere con la stessa persona (forse il titolare...) ed ho avuto una pessima impressione: educazione, disponibilità e professionalità meno che zero! La seconda volta mi hanno rifilato cuscinetti non idonei nonostante avessi portato al seguito un campione e ho fatto male a ritornarci. Regnano sovrane la saccenza, la maleducazione, le battute ironiche e il menefreghismo. Devono aver a che fare solo coi loro pari e basta.
