Il personale è gentile ed amichevole. Ultimamente ho apprezzato molto l'accoglienza al mio ingresso. I went to this Honda dealer to buy parts for my Vespa; I have always found everything I needed with adequate prices. The staff are polite and friendly. Lately I have really appreciated the welcome at my entrance.
P	Paolo Franzon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un paio di incontri precedenti, in data 7/10/21 mi sono rivolto al reparto ricambi di questo negozio per sostituire un relè intermittenza della mia moto. Purtroppo la mia inesperienza e l'insufficiente collaborazione del personale mi ha indotto a comprare un componente di caratteristiche diverse che si è dimostrato sbagliato al momento dell'uso. Ritornato per restituire il pezzo e disponibile a cambiarlo con altro materiale di consumo pagando anche per un importo superiore, mi è stato risposto dall'addetto più anziano ( la prima volta che lo vedevo) che il materiale elettrico, una volta venduto, non poteva essere restituito e che questo mi era stato detto negli incontri precedenti. Cosa che non è assolutamente vera. Se lo avessi saputo probabilmente non avrei fatto l'acquisto e certamente non sarei ritornato per cambiare la merce. Pertanto non metterò più piede in questo negozio e quando ne avrò l'occasione racconterò questa mia esperienza. After a couple of previous meetings, on 7/10/21 I went to the spare parts department of this shop to replace an intermittent relay on my motorcycle. Unfortunately my inexperience and insufficient cooperation of the staff led me to buy a component with different characteristics which proved wrong at the time of use. Returning to return the piece and willing to change it with other consumables, even paying for a higher amount, I was answered by the oldest employee (the first time I saw it) that the electrical material, once sold, could not be returned and that I had been told this in previous meetings. Which is absolutely not true. If I had known, I probably would not have made the purchase and I certainly would not have returned to exchange the goods. Therefore I will not set foot in this shop again and when I have the opportunity I will tell about my experience.

(Successo con cuscinetti di banco con codice sbagliato, pastiglie freno che ballano nella sede e inchiodano la ruota)

È sempre piacevole entrare in concessionaria..... l’accoglienza è unica... immutata negli anni....un ambiente familiare... Un magazzino ricambi fornitissimo anche per le moto più anziane.... e se non è disponibile il ricambio.... te lo fanno avere in tempi celerissimi... Se possono aiutarti lo fanno con il cuore.... Sono stato loro cliente per anni prima di vendere la moto per motivi personali e tutte le volte che ho avuto bisogno sia di loro interventi tecnici che anche solo di consigli sono stati tutti semplicemente eccezionali, dal personale dell'officina ad Alessandro, il titolare, sempre pronto anche solo per un consiglio. Di lui poi ci tengo a ricordare la grande umanità e gentilezza che ha sempre dimostrato e questo lo sottolineo perché se vi affiderete al loro punto vendita oltre che grandi professionisti,oltre che prezzi competitivi e prodotti al top.. troverete allo stesso tempo delle persone fantastiche che faranno di sicuro di tutto per venire incontro alle vostre esigenze!! Davvero complimenti! It's been a while since I had to do this review and I'm finally here to write it. I was their customer for years before selling the bike for personal reasons and every time I needed both their technical interventions and even just advice they were all simply exceptional, from the workshop staff to Alessandro, the owner, always ready even just for advice. Then I would like to remember the great humanity and kindness he has always shown and I underline this because if you rely on their store as well as great professionals, as well as competitive prices and top products ... you will find fantastic people at the same time who will certainly do everything to meet your needs !! Really well done!
