M	Massimo Alfonsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Roberto e il suo negozio per un caso fortuito, in pratica avevo preso da un privato uno scooter Kymco k-xct che a vederlo sembrava nuovo e perfetto, dopo nemmeno 1 mese...volevo dargli fuoco.... sicche' un giorno cerco un centro autorizzato Kymco, e trovo proprio Roberto.... mi rimette a nuovo lo scooter con vari interventi ( con un costo piu' che onesto, senza contare la professionalita' e serieta' che lo contraddistingue ).... ma siccome questo scooter mi aveva scazzato, glielo do dentro a Roberto, dove mi ha fatto una valutazione a dir poco eccellente, prendendo da lui un Kymco Downtown 125i nuovo fiammante. Ebbene signori, il giorno che mi ha consegnato lo scooter nuovo, mi ha regalato un casco nuovo, sopratutto molto bello e di qualita' ( non come altri che ti danno caschi da fondo mi magazzino e che sono pure inguardabili), e da allora non ho avuto un minimo problema con l'attuale scooter ( se non i tagliandi che bisogna fare come da manuale ).... che posso dirvi, se volete una persona affidabile, seria e che e' "sul pezzo"..... Roberto e' il top.... persona sempre gentile, disponibile e chirurgica quando lavora SUL VOSTRO MEZZO! Segnalo inoltre che la moglie Laura, e' una persona veramente squisita e credetemi, entrare in negozio ed essere accolto sempre con un sorriso..... non ha prezzo. Morale? se un domani dovessi trasferirmi molto lontano da Milano.... vengo a tutti i costi qui a fare mettere mano sul mio scooter, perche' trovare un azienda seria, che si impegna sempre a soddisfare il cliente oggi e' davvero un miraggio. L'assistenza è puntuale e precisa, ricambi originali a buon prezzo. Acquisto decisamente riuscito. Sicuramente consigliato.
