Senza dubbio io non mi sono trovato bene.
Disponibilità di tempo molto limitata (sono dovuto andare, e farmi trovare, sempre io agli orari da loro indicati), affidabilità dubbia (una volta preso l'appuntamento con il proprietario di casa si è presentato con più di mezz'ora di ritardo).
Per ottenere il cliente fa promesse che non può mantenere (dovevo trasferirmi entro una certa data e solo a proposta formalizzata mi ha cambiato la data d'ingresso spostandola di un mese).
La fretta dimostrata nel chiedermi documenti, ottenere la proposta firmata e avere il denaro non è stata la stessa nel rispondere alle mie di richieste (non ha mai fornito la classificazione energetica dell'edificio, mi ha inviato documenti importanti per WhatsApp invece che consegnarli e, soprattutto, non mi ha dato alcun aiuto con le utenze, dopo tante promesse).
Oggettivamente non è un'agenzia dove tornerò.
Ho anche valutato oggettivamente se affidarmi ad una associazione di categoria.
