Preparati, precisi e organizzati ( le visite sempre gestite in modo da non arrecare troppo disturbo, appuntamenti concentrati in un unico giorno in un orario concordato). Ho venduto e acquistato con soddisfazione e nel giro di pochi mesi. Consigliatissima. Serious and reliable agency, has followed us step by step in the sale and purchase. Visionato casa in affitto a Milano ci siamo accordati per l'invio della classica documentazione. Non ricevendo risposte per giorni faccio chiamare il mio coinquilino e ci rispondono di averci già comunicato di non essere interessati (falso, non mi hanno mai risposto) nonostante la documentazione fosse già stata accettata da altre 3 agenzie. Li ricontatto per provare a capire cosa non garbasse loro e non si degnano di rispondere. Forse troppe vendite han fatto perdere umiltà e interesse per gli affitti. Sconsigliati, maleducazione e presunzione la fanno da padrone. Decisamente sgradevoli nei modi, insomma statene alla larga. Ps ad oggi la casa è ancora senza inquilini... L'agente immobiliare si presenta puntuale e mi consegna una planimetria dell'immobile relativa allo stato attuale dell'immobile. Trattandosi di un appartamento da ristrutturare mi consegna inoltre una seconda planimetria relativa ad una simulazione di ristrutturazione , simulazione nella quale viene già prevista la creazione di un secondo servizio e di un ampio vano lavanderia. Ho trovato molto utile questa proposta in quanto mi ha sottolineato tutte le potenzialità di questo appartamento. Ho trovato una persona seria e competente in materia , pronta a rispondere a tutti i miei quesiti. Molto soddisfatto del trattamento , sicuramente un professonista, consigliatissimo. Non è un servizio completo e si creano disagi. E la commissione d'agenzia non è bassa per essere Corsico.
